Terms and Conditions of Platform Use

1 Definitions and Interpretation

"Platform" refers to the jkc8 website accessible at jkc8.one together with all digital services operating under it. "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account at jkc8. "The Company" refers to the management entity operating jkc8 under international licensing.

"Account Balance" refers to the total funds available in a user's account after deducting all bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirements. "Bonus Funds" refers to free credits or matched amounts credited by jkc8 as part of a promotional offer. "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times the bonus funds must be wagered before they can be withdrawn.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

jkc8 account registration is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Holds a Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or a valid identification document
• Has not previously been subject to a voluntary or mandatory exclusion from the jkc8 platform

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account. Registering multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all such accounts being closed and all balances within them being forfeited. jkc8 reserves the right to request copies of identification documents, bank statements, or proof of address for identity verification purposes at any time.

Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. Users are responsible for updating their personal information should any changes occur. Inaccurate or misleading information may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

jkc8 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC, and ETH. All methods are subject to the minimum limits set.

Minimum deposit per transaction is RM30 regardless of the method used. Minimum withdrawal is RM100 per withdrawal request.

Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. jkc8 does not allow withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Users are responsible for ensuring that the recipient account details are correct — jkc8 is not liable for any loss resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or the equivalent cryptocurrency value at the time. Any currency conversion fees or cryptocurrency network costs are solely the user's responsibility.

4 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

jkc8 offers various promotions to registered members. The main promotion available is a welcome bonus for new members — a 100% match on the first deposit up to RM1,000, with a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount received.

As a clear example: if you deposit RM100, a RM100 bonus will be credited bringing the total balance to RM200. You must meet a wagering requirement of RM100 × 10 = RM1,000 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. Another example: a deposit of RM2,200 will give the maximum bonus of RM1,000, bringing the balance to RM3,200, with a wagering requirement of RM1,000 × 10 = RM10,000.

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be wagered in accordance with the stated requirements
• Bonus funds and real funds will be wagered simultaneously until the wagering requirement is met
• jkc8 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there are signs of abuse
• Promotions cannot be combined unless specifically stated in the terms of the relevant promotion

The jkc8 VIP programme consists of three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members are eligible for weekly cashback of up to 0.3%, Silver up to 0.7%, and Gold up to 1.0%. Eligibility for tier upgrades depends on the user's level of activity and loyalty on the platform.

5 Game Rules and Betting

All games available at jkc8 — including online slots, live casino, sports betting, and esports — operate according to their respective rules as set by the game providers. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.

The RTP (Return to Player) value for slot games is governed by the game providers and may vary by title. jkc8 does not modify or determine the RTP value of any game offered on the platform.

For sports and esports betting, all odds displayed are in Malay or European format and may change before a match begins. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled after an event has started. jkc8 reserves the right to void bets in the event of a significant technical error.

8 Platform Liability Limits

jkc8 is not liable for any losses arising from: the user's internet connection failure, software or hardware issues on the user's end, third-party actions affecting financial transactions, or betting outcomes that were confirmed before a technical disruption occurred.

In cases of pending bets resulting from technical issues, jkc8 will resolve them based on available system records. jkc8's decision in such matters is final after an internal investigation has been carried out.

9 Responsible Gambling
